This page explains the terms for using rp419marketing.com (the “Site”) and how information is handled. The Site is operated by Rex Pham, doing business as RP419 Lifecycle Marketing Consulting (“RP419,” “I,” or “me”), based in Los Angeles, California. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Terms of Use

1. About the Site

The Site describes the lifecycle marketing, CRM and Braze consulting services I offer. It is provided for general informational purposes.

2. Not professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about lifecycle marketing and is not advice for your specific situation. Outcomes described or implied on the Site depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

3. No client relationship

Visiting the Site, downloading my resume or contacting me does not create a consulting or client relationship. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything on the Site.

4. Client names and logos

Company names and logos shown on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. They identify organizations I have worked with or for, and their display does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a current relationship.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s content and design and the RP419 name and logo are owned by RP419. You are welcome to view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or use its content or branding for commercial purposes without my written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to services such as LinkedIn and Google Drive. I don’t control those services and am not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” I make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but I make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RP419 and Rex Pham are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the current version.

Privacy Notice

1. What the Site collects

The only personal information the Site collects is what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address and message. The Site has no accounts or newsletter sign-ups, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Hosting and the contact form

The Site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify automatically processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the Site and keep it secure. This is handled under Netlify’s privacy policy. Contact form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards them to me by email and screens them for spam, under Web3Forms’ privacy policy.

3. How I use your information

If you contact me through the form or by email, I use your name, email address and anything you choose to share only to respond to you and, if we work together, to manage our engagement. I keep it only as long as needed for those purposes and related business records. I don’t sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

4. Third-party services

Following a link to LinkedIn or downloading my resume from Google Drive takes you to those services, which collect information under their own privacy policies.

5. Your choices

You can ask me to delete your form submissions, emails or other information you’ve sent me, except where I need to keep records for legal or business reasons, such as client contracts and invoices. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact me to make a request.

6. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes and contact

If the Site begins collecting other information, for example through analytics, I’ll update this notice before doing so. Questions about these terms or your privacy can be sent to rex@rp419marketing.com.
